We are members of ATA, NCTA, CHIA, IMIA, and we hold certifications for California Courts, NBCMI and CCHI. Together we have more than 20 years of experience.
HOW WE WORK
When you contact us for our services, we sign a confidentiality agreement and a contract before we start working on any project. Your original document then is sent to one of our specialized translators for a first draft. The translated document is then revised by our proofreaders and editors until we are convinced that the final version is the exact translation of the original. We pride ourselves for strictly keeping our agreed deadlines
GDPR COMPLIANCE
When you conduct translations in our website or send us an email, we collect your personal information in order to process payment or communicate with you regarding your request. We store your name, email address and phone, in order to contact you periodically for marketing purposes as well.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, database and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.co and used by our company adhere to standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by by PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company and its service providers.
Third Party Information
We receive your client’s personal information contained in the documents you send us to translate, (such as names, vital records, affidavits, etc.) All the translators are required to sign confidentiality agreements before they can handle your documents.
We store the originals and final translations in our database to keep track of the jobs processed, to refer back to terminology utilized and to build glossaries of terms.
